DynaKat has acquired Created by DANGER, doing business as the DANGER brand, together with the Lavashade and REVOL FYI brands.
The acquisition follows the release of the brands’ long-term licensing arrangements from their former licensees, returning the brands for integration into the DynaKat ecosystem.
Distinct brands, shared infrastructure
Created by DANGER will operate as DynaKat’s creative studio and incubator. Lavashade and REVOL FYI will remain distinct publications with their own editorial identities, while gaining access to shared strategy, technology, advertising, and creative resources through DynaKat.
