DynaKat has completed the acquisition of the HelionByte.com domain through auction, establishing a clear public home for the HelionByte platform.
HelionByte is being developed as a professional platform for people, businesses, profiles, events, jobs, marketplace discovery, and ideas worth finding. It is designed around useful professional discovery and the connections that can grow from it.
The acquisition brings the HelionByte domain and product identity together as development moves toward public testing. It also gives the platform a direct, recognizable destination for future releases.
Beta planned for September
DynaKat plans to begin the HelionByte beta in September 2026. The beta will create a foundation for testing the platform in use and informing the releases that follow.
HelionByte is part of DynaKat’s organic growth strategy: build and strengthen the businesses and platforms already within the ecosystem, then apply shared technology, creative, and operating capabilities to support their long-term development. Additional beta details will be shared closer to launch.
