PRESIDENT + FOUNDER

Zak Kaydeross

President

Zak Kaydeross was born and raised in the Midwest. Before founding DynaKat, he spent nearly half a decade in consumer retail leadership at two of the largest telecommunications companies in the United States. Working closely with customers and frontline teams gave him firsthand insight into recurring consumer frustrations, unmet needs, and gaps between what people expected and what the market offered.

Those experiences became an important influence on the businesses and products DynaKat would later create and develop. Many began with a practical question: what would a clearer, more useful solution look like for a problem consumers regularly face?

His studies have centered on business, with focuses in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, alongside coursework in Graphic Design. He has attended Indian Hills Community College, Strayer University, and Southern New Hampshire University, and continues to pursue his education guided by the belief that knowledge is a lasting personal asset—one that cannot be taken away.

As founder and President of DynaKat, Kaydeross leads the development of the company and its portfolio of distinct brands and platforms. He also serves as Executive Lead Editor for Lavashade and REVOL FYI, helping shape their editorial direction, standards, and perspectives.

LEADERSHIP FOCUS

Building the company and the portfolio together.

DynaKat keeps company direction close to product, brand, and operating decisions. The mandate is practical: strengthen the businesses already in the ecosystem, use shared capabilities where they add value, and evaluate expansion against clear strategic fit.

  1. 01

    Company direction

Set priorities and operating direction that connect DynaKat’s businesses without flattening their distinct identities.

  2. 02

    Portfolio development

Guide the development of DynaKat-owned publications, platforms, commercial capabilities, and original projects.

  3. 03

    Brand + product stewardship

Maintain a clear role, audience, and standard for each property as the portfolio and its shared systems develop.

THE OPERATING VIEW

Distinct brands. Shared strength.

DynaKat is designed so focused properties can remain independent in voice and purpose while benefiting from shared company capabilities. Leadership is responsible for keeping that balance deliberate as the ecosystem develops.
