Floatlight LLC is joining DynaKat, bringing its digital assets, operating history, and brand portfolio into the newly incorporated company.
As part of the transition, Floatlight digital assets will become part of the DynaKat ecosystem and the Floatlight brand will be consolidated into DynaKat. The change creates one public identity for the company going forward while preserving the work and assets developed under Floatlight.
