Floatlight was officially formed on June 24, 2025, as Floatlight LLC, a registered limited liability company in the state of Iowa. But the idea behind it started long before that. It began with a spark of possibility, a vision for how things could be done differently, and better.
We believe in fresh starts. In thoughtful progress. In the quiet power of steady momentum.
With plans to operate in Ottumwa, Iowa, Floatlight is focused on the road ahead. Ours is a future built on collaboration, creativity, and the kind of determination that grows quietly in the background. There is still a lot in motion, and most of the work is just beginning. But every small move we make now is part of building something real, something lasting, and something we’re proud to stand behind.
